How and why does my coaching work?

About me

I have spent the last eight years working
intensively on my own personal healing and development. I studied the workings of the human psyche, behavioral science and childhood trauma. In addition to my training as a yoga and meditation teacher, I am a qualified mental coach.

Before that, I was a broken young woman. I was careless about my health, I didn’t have any goals and suffered from several mental breakdowns that it got to a point where I didn't want to go on living. My life was nothing but scars from the past until one day I made a decision that changed my life.
