Trance-forming relationships: gentle hypnosis and coaching
You’ve probably tried to forget them - but they still take up space in your mind.
You imagined a future together, replayed conversations, and built hopes in your head, only for them to walk away.
Or maybe they didn’t leave yet, but they’re not truly present either - leaving you stuck in uncertainty.
You talk it through with your friends again and again, analyzing every detail because you never got real closure.
You overthink, replay what happened, and wonder what you did wrong.
You try to distract yourself, stay busy - but then, on a random Sunday evening, the memories and emotions hit
and you find yourself thinking:
“Maybe I’m just not worthy of being loved.”
Breakups and emotionally unstable relationships can make you feel like you’re losing your sense of self.
You might notice that you’ve acted in ways that don’t feel like you - especially around this one person.
Your thoughts keep circling around them:
What are they doing right now?
Who are they with?
Do they think about me?
Do they regret leaving?
You hold onto even the smallest hope that things might still work out in the end.
At the same time, you’re self-aware enough to see that this isn’t new.
This pattern has shown up before in your relationships - and what once felt exciting now feels emotionally exhausting.
All you want is to finally:
Let go and reconnect with yourself, your interests and your life
Feel calm, grounded, and emotionally free
Attract someone who genuinely cares and shows up
Love without losing yourself
Set healthy boundaries and maintain your self-respect
This is exactly what I help women achieve through hypnotherapy.
Together, we work on rebuilding emotional safety within yourself - so you no longer feel the need to cling to others or abandon yourself in relationships.
By gently releasing subconscious emotional bonds, you can heal and move forward into healthier, more secure connections.
About me
My sudden panic attacks eight years ago were the catalyst for me to turn my whole life around. I was mentally exhausted to the point of despair. After one detrimental breakdown I just realized how much trauma I never processed. I was playing a role in a movie I didn’t agree on. I wasn’t living a life true to myself at all.
I got increasingly interested in understanding how the body and mind works. I studied myself and applied techniques that resulted in a very transformative experience.
Having spent the last years intensively studying psychology, behavioral science, and childhood trauma, I believe that hypnosis is one of the most promising therapeutic methods. In addition to my training as a hypnotherapist, I am also a certified yoga and meditation teacher.

FAQ
-
No, quite the opposite is true. You actually gain control, because in a trance state you’ll find positive resources in your subconsciousness that are otherwise closed to you.
-
No. The level of physical relaxation or brain waves does not necessarily affect the effectiveness of the suggestions given during the session.
-
Physically, the hypnotic trance means maximum neural relaxation and represents a healing state for the entire organism. Even the concentration of stress hormones in the body decrease. It becomes easier for the therapist to access the subconscious mind - the part of the mind that stores habits, emotions and automatic responses. In this state we gently release old patterns or strengthen new, helpful ones.
-
Sometimes you might forget small details because you’re so relaxed. Think of it as being in a daydream. However, the therapist can only suggest words used by the client and their wishes, as the collaboration is based primarily on consent and cooperation.
-
No, that cannot happen. No one can remain in a hypnotic trance for longer than 40 to 50 minutes. At most, the trance state could transition into sleep. Then you wake up when you have had enough sleep.
